What is the output... what are we trying to capture?
Output - forum: what went well and what didn't go well...
Do we need a 'quality' group output? Then, how do we track learning/outputs over time?
Do we need to track the process of the event?
Start with a wall for Post Its - three areas.... then cluster
- What have I learned?
- What have we learned about the standards/process of this group?
- Translate these into group outcomes?
OUTPUT OF THE THEMATIC GROUPS
Last nights items are the springboards for storytelling (Denning)
The purpose of the workshop is to develop stories from groups that come form different parts of the landscape about learning in practice. The items last night are the heart of what people wanted to say.
Boundary encounters showing the tensions that we feel at the boundary interfaces.
LEARNING OUTPUTS
How is this going to effect your thinking, doing or your being? What will you change or re-frame/shape in your practice?
1. Boundaries, challenges, different perspectives. Boundaries of opportunities of taking learning from one bit to another
2. I've learnt about use of language, definition of things. A patient means something very different to different people. But should we all be so sensitive? is it important? yes it is important to understand what we mean, understanding that people's history, experience and groups that they belong to will create boundaries.
3. The importance of finding the common ground
